In Neo Steam, there are many ways to make your task easier when combating with enemies. Most of the gamers can defeat the enemy but they need to consume much HP. In fact it's not a technic skill but just a reminding of the basic skills.
First, remember the shortcut key of Skill Window: K. From the Skill Window you can view and manage all of your skills, including skills learned from core machines you insert in your equipment.
Also, if you want to learn a skill, just Double-click on a skill to learn it. If the skill is able to be leveled up, double-click it to increase its level. Learning skills and leveling skills up will cost Skill Points (SP) and Training Points (TP).
TPs are acquired whenever you use skills, gain NeoSteam Online gold a level, or train. And SPs are only acquired when you gain a level.
Remeber that shortcut is the best way of using a skill. To add a skill to the shortcut bar, find it in the Skill Window and then, by holding down the left-click, drag its icon to the shortcut bar. Once a skill is on the shortcut bar, you can activate it by right-clicking on the icon or by pressing the corresponding number key on your keyboard.
By clicking on the Expand button on the bar, you can also display a secondary row of shortcuts, which are activated by holding Shift and pressing the corresponding number. You can also click the up and down arrows or hold Shift and NeoSteam gold use the scroll wheel to move between bars, in case you need another assortment of shortcuts.
