Brutal Will is one of the best spells a Shaman has isn't even her heal. Normally your Hero or Merc after you tell him to attack something will hit the mob between 1 to 4 times. Brutal Will promote your chance to get those lovely 3 and 4 hits. Which will destroy most mobs absolutely. You could currently use it on your Middle Row. Which consist of your SpearMan, Gunner, and Archer. While you lose control of them for the 4 rounds they are under the effect of Brutal Will. Their damage goes up, and they pop enemies 3 and 4 times on a regular. Which is great.

SpearMan are able to hit the initial target plus buy Atlantica Online gold one mob behind it for quite good damage. Gunner are the same as SpearMan except she'll hit all 3 mobs in the row for pretty good damage. While Archers can hit any mob on any line and have very good damage. Gunner has its benefits for Melee, Ranged, and Casters. It has it's draw backs though. It continues eating life while your person are under it's effects, and just as you mentioned you lose control of them for the 4 rounds it lasts. Which means you can't make use of their skills. It's still generally worth the trade off.
