Obain and Complete Work Orders in Aion

In aion, Work Orders are the primary crafting mechanic. These are quests. If you complete the quests you can win some time cards.
 
You receive the quests from the crafting NPC. Work orders can be completed for a max of 40 skill points above the work order level. You can have a maximum of three work orders accepted at a time.
 
You can earn your first 40 skill levels in any trade skill for free by repeating the 1P work order until you have reached 40 skill. This also ensures you will have a few of the mats needed for additional crafting through 100P and can save you a bit of aion kinah. After the free 1P work order, you have to pay for mats from the trade skill merchant in order to craft each subsequent work order. Work orders require you craft aion items successfully 3-12 times before the quest can be turned in and cost anywhere from 40 aion kinah to 8000 aion kinah per work order.
 
You can gain experience for each successful craft while doing a work order. By 350P work orders, you are gaining nearly 30,000 xp per work order. That said, it is anywhere from 5-10 times slower xp gain than if you are in an xp farming party but at least it is something. In Patch 1.2, work orders cannot be picked up after you complete your 399-400 quests and have 400 skills. After that, your skill raises through crafting actual gear to the 450 cap.
